How do I pay? You may deposit at any BPI/BDO branch. We’ll give you our account details when we confirm your order. You can also pay via Gcash to the Pluey phone, +63917-8175843 / +632-216-4073.
How do you know that I’ve made payment? ? Please inform us on the bank branch and date of your deposit so we can verify online. Please also keep the deposit slip in case there's a need for it in the future.
Do you accept credit cards? As of now, we don’t accept credit cards. If you really want to use your credit card, you may purchase at Luna or pay via paypal. Just e-mail us at info@plueysmanila.com for details.
What if it doesn’t fit? You can return your Plueys within 30 days of purchase, as long as the boots are not damaged or worn out. We can refund or replace, depending on stock availability.
How do I get a replacement? You can ship us back your pair and we ship the replacement pair to you. You have to shoulder shipping both ways.
